We have defined three reasons for ZGOO’s existence:

1. To provide a "second chance" to founders and entrepreneurs, and at times, to become their "second founder."
2. To set a precedent in the Korean capital market with a governance model that harmonizes the Alliance (protecting ZGOO’s philosophy) with an independent board (ensuring expertise).
3. To become a new model of a publicly traded holding company where investors can commit to long-term value. Our criterion for success is not tomorrow’s earnings, but the "second future" of the enterprise. This is a path few have taken. However, if entrepreneurs pool their strength and wisdom, we will surely find a way to go further, longer, and stronger.
